Dr. Matthew H Fujita
Director and Physical Therapist
I am a local Inland Empire kid who had the privilege of being a scholarship athlete to play soccer and help pay for my academic endeavors. I earned my Bachelor’ Degree at CSUSB in Kinesiology in 2005 double majoring in Kinesiology: Exercise Science and Pre-Physical Therapy, my Doctorate in Physical Therapy at APU in 2009 and Orthopedic Residency through Rancho Physical Therapy in 2011. Kinematics Physical Therapy was opened in 2015 after working for a couple other companies and I noticed a huge void in quality of care, their focus on money and numbers, and I wasn’t able to work with any athletes on a regular basis. So now everyday I get the privilege to serve my community, do ministry in my place of business and provide patient care to the highest level that I can be proud of.
Cassie Rosebeary
Assistant Director
Originally from Banning, Ca, I now reside in Rialto, Ca. I attended Cal State San Bernardino where I started out as a chemistry major. I quickly realized that instead of working in a lab, I wanted to work with and help people! I always say, I didn’t pick physical therapy – it picked me and quickly became my passion. In 2016 earned my Bachelor’s of Science degree in Kinesiology with a dual concentration in Exercise Science and Pre-Physical therapy and a minor in Psychology. After Cal State I immediately attended Loma Linda University’s Physical Therapist Assistant program and graduated with honors in 2017. My clinical experience includes outpatient and inpatient neurological rehab, inpatient acute rehab and outpatient orthopedics. I am certified through RockTape for functional movement techniques using taping and instrument assisted myofascial release.

I was born and raised in Ontario California, where I attended Ontario Christian High School. After Concordia, I immediately attended the Physical Therapy Assistant program at Concorde Career College and graduated in January of 2022. Having a background in sports, and my own injuries along the way, I always new I wanted to work with athletes and individuals to help assist them in their roads to recovery. Kinematics has been the perfect fit for me as I get to fulfill that dream of mine. Helping individuals grow in all areas of life has been a passion of mine and I believe being a PTA embodies that passion of mine perfectly. Read more…
Karen Wilkins
Office Manager
Born into a Naval family in Honolulu Hawaii, I have seen several corners of the United States throughout the years. At age five we were transferred to California, where I spent much of my youth showing horses in the Norco area, and eventually attending Chaffey College. Upon my marriage I moved to Missouri with my husband where I became the Assistant Manager of a retail store and had my two children, Ken and Michelle. During my time in the Show Me State I worked in retail, managed a Tracker Boats manufacturing facility as a QA Manager, and finally began my career in healthcare. I started this journey as a receptionist in a pediatrics clinic for five doctors, and worked my way into an office management role there. I later transferred to a new pediatric clinic, where I operated as the Office Manager, and filled roles in the Urgent Care Clinic in that same building as needed.

I was born in Whittier and raised in Temecula, CA. I attended Trinity International University in Chicago, Illinois where I studied Psychology and played Football. I started out as a Psychology major but going into my Senior year I sustained a career ending injury that changed my career path. After sustaining my injury, I was introduced into the world of Physical Therapy, and I knew I wanted to be in this field. So, I decided to go to American Career College where I graduated and earned my degree in pre physical therapy and earned my Physical Therapist Assistant License in 2020. My clinical experience includes 2.5 years in outpatient physical therapy. In my spare time I enjoy going to the movies, beach and playing recreational sports.
