Dr. Matthew H Fujita
Director and Physical Therapist
- PT, DPT, OCS
- Board Certified Orthopaedic Clinical Specialist
- APTA Certified Clinical Instructor
I am a local Inland Empire kid who had the privilege of being a scholarship athlete to play soccer and help pay for my academic endeavors. I earned my Bachelor’ Degree at CSUSB in Kinesiology in 2005 double majoring in Kinesiology: Exercise Science and Pre-Physical Therapy, my Doctorate in Physical Therapy at APU in 2009 and Orthopedic Residency through Rancho Physical Therapy in 2011. Kinematics Physical Therapy was opened in 2015 after working for a couple other companies and I noticed a huge void in quality of care, their focus on money and numbers, and I wasn’t able to work with any athletes on a regular basis. So now everyday I get the privilege to serve my community, do ministry in my place of business and provide patient care to the highest level that I can be proud of.
Cassie Rosebeary
Assistant Director
- Physical Therapist Assistant
Originally from Banning, Ca, I now reside in Rialto, Ca. I attended Cal State San Bernardino where I started out as a chemistry major. I quickly realized that instead of working in a lab, I wanted to work with and help people! I always say, I didn’t pick physical therapy – it picked me and quickly became my passion. In 2016 earned my Bachelor’s of Science degree in Kinesiology with a dual concentration in Exercise Science and Pre-Physical therapy and a minor in Psychology. After Cal State I immediately attended Loma Linda University’s Physical Therapist Assistant program and graduated with honors in 2017. My clinical experience includes outpatient and inpatient neurological rehab, inpatient acute rehab and outpatient orthopedics. I am certified through RockTape for functional movement techniques using taping and instrument assisted myofascial release.

Calvin Tielman
Physical Therapy Assistant
Coming from Loma Linda, CA, I grew up immersed in a health-conscious environment. When it comes to physical health, I believe that the two most important aspects are diet and exercise and as a young adult, I began implementing healthy lifestyle choices into my daily life. When I noticed the positive impact of my own physical well-being, I felt compelled to understand health more in depth and I felt the push towards physical therapy, after taking Anatomy and Physiology courses. After speaking to friends and family about their experiences in physical therapy, I imagined a way that I would be able to combine the two worlds of service and fitness into an awesome career path. I graduated with my A.A from Loma Linda University and obtained my license as a Physical Therapist Assistant. After joining Kinematics, I never looked back! I enjoy each day treating patients and bonding with people in the KPT family.
Karen Wilkins
Office Manager
- PT, OCS, ATC
- Orthopedic Clinical Specialist
- Athletic Training Certified
Born into a Naval family in Honolulu Hawaii, I have seen several corners of the United States throughout the years. At age five we were transferred to California, where I spent much of my youth showing horses in the Norco area, and eventually attending Chaffey College. Upon my marriage I moved to Missouri with my husband where I became the Assistant Manager of a retail store and had my two children, Ken and Michelle. During my time in the Show Me State I worked in retail, managed a Tracker Boats manufacturing facility as a QA Manager, and finally began my career in healthcare. I started this journey as a receptionist in a pediatrics clinic for five doctors, and worked my way into an office management role there. I later transferred to a new pediatric clinic, where I operated as the Office Manager, and filled roles in the Urgent Care Clinic in that same building as needed.
